SECTIONS OF THE FAIR ADESIGN FAIR 2003 is composed of four sections 1. Life Space 2. Concept 3. Studio 4. Design Aid ADESIGN FAIR Advisory Panel detains the rights to counsel participants concerning products/projects that will be exhibited in the fair and interfere in case of need with the aim of maintaining set standards. * Wall dimensions: 4 cm thick, 100cm width, 250cm height * Wall Panel material : White fireboard * The name of the company will take place on the up front of the stand as vinil folyo name board. * Stand lightening: 3m2/100W * One electric outlet including three wall plug. Services provided or not in exchange of participation fees are listed in articles 10 and 12 of the admission conditions. The Fair Organization will provide information forms upon request. In the Participant section of ADESIGN FAIR September 2003 Special Issue of AD Magazine, one page will be reserved to companies having over 50m2 stand area, half page will be reserved to companies having 50m2 and below stand area. In the special issue, the independent designers will take half page. Participants are requested to deliver to IKON the colour slides to be placed on the Participant section of ADESIGN FAIR September 2003 Special Issue of AD Magazine. The name, logo, address, phone and fax numbers figuring in the participants section of the special issue, will be listed in alphabetical order. EXHIBITION SYSTEM AND STAND ALLOCATION In the first level of the Event Venue, the area allocated by ADESIGN FAIR 2003 Advisory Panel can be used against payment, according to the wishes of the exhibitors by the participant. The deadline for decoration project is 1 August 2003. The companies renting stands are required to contact ADESIGN FAIR Technical Department concerning technical limitations of the IKON stand construction scheme. In the lower level of the venue, the fair grounds are organized according to the IKON modular system. FAIR SECURITY AND INSURANCE Security on the fair grounds is provided by the Lutfi Kirdar ICEC. Exhibits may not be taken outside the fair grounds without written consent of the Fair organization. All exhibits must be insured by the exhibiting company between set up and disassembly dates. ADESIGN FAIR organization cannot be held responsible for fire, theft, malevolent acts, explosions and indoor flooding. ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES ADESIGN FAIR 2003 organization together with Dogan Burda Rizzoli (Media Group) will give Advertising in some of DBR magazines and relevant professional publications, will publish spots for specified radio and TV channels. Prominent companies and CEOs will receive direct invitations. Target groups will be informed by direct mailing and invitations provided to exhibitors who wish to mail them to their own customers.
